Even though there were always plenty of boys to dance with, the sisters knew it was much safer dancing with each other.

The Wompies

The last few weeks I’ve been waking up early so that I have time before the kids wake up.  Silly me was using that time to exercise.  This morning I wizened up and now have a goal of doing at least one sketch every morning.

Princess Samari & Hollis the Frog

It was so much fun to paint these adorable kids, brother and sister, Hollis and Samari.

Like all little brothers, Hollis is a frog.  Like all big sisters, Samari is a princess kind enough to help her little frog brother out.
